We design and manufacture professional grade transformers used in Telecom, Datacom, Power and Automotive applications. Also Offers worldclass design services for the state-of-the art power converters and qualification services for both power converters and magnetics. We offer the following:
Magnetics for Power Applications:
  • PFC [Power Factor Corrector] Choke.
  • Pulse transformer for gate drive.
  • Current sense transformers for current mode control and over-current protection.
  • Switching transformer for various converter topologies [Asymmetric half bridge, Phase Modulated full bridge Converter, Single Switch and Double Switch Forward Converter, Flyback Converter and the like].
  • Current transformers with DC bias and Pulsating currents.
  • Input/output Inductor, Coupled Inductor, Storage chokes,Spike Killer chokes.
  • Ballast Magnetics.
  • Low Leakage Magnetics and other special construction for Medical applications.
  • EMI Filter Inductor, Suppression choke, Common Mode Choke.
    Magnetics for Telecom Applications:
  • Signal transformer
    - Hybrid transformers for Transceivers in xDSL Network.
    - S and U interface Transformers in ISDN Network.
  • Common Mode Choke for LAN, ISDN and xDSL lines.
  • Inductor for Low Pass Filter, Tuning Inductors [POTSplitter etc].

    We also offer services where we work as an extension of the customer's design house. In addition to magnetics, our design services include the development of power converters like:
  • AC/DC power factor corrected rectifier for telecom applications.
  • DC/DC quarter/half/full brick BMPs, Low voltage high current voltage regulator modules [VRMs] for High di/dt loads.
  • DC/AC, AC/AC converters for Inverter and UPS applications.
  • General purpose SMPS for various industrial applications.
